AMIT SRIVASTAVA
Sr. Director of Emerging Markets Vaccines Medical Affairs, Pfizer
Amit Srivastava PhD is Senior Director in Vaccines Medical Affairs at Pfizer, and the Lead in Emerging Markets (Latin America, Africa & Middle East, Asia, China) for COVID-19 and Meningococcal vaccines. Previously, he led meningococcal vaccines medical affairs in the United States for 3 years.
Amit came to Pfizer from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), where he led pneumococcal vaccine development – managing clinical programs, regulatory and manufacturing strategy for a portfolio of vaccine candidates – and a range of BMGF strategic investments in epidemiology and vaccine impact studies, disease modeling and vaccine launch strategy in India. Prior to that, he was a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and research faculty at Boston Children’s Hospital & Harvard Medical School.
Amit earned his PhD in cell biology and genetics from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, USA.
MANDAR PARALKAR
Global VP and Head of Life Sciences, SAP
While at SAP, Mr. Mandar Paralkar has built global industry solution strategy, craft global business plan supporting budgeting and planning for on-prem and cloud solutions; collaborated with global and regional industry marketing, work with analyst and press relations to raise regional industry awareness; worked with consortium of customers for capturing industry requirements and share with development teams; supported innovation led sales engagements and consulting workshops in Life Sciences for various line of business and technology areas, collaborates with industry standards organizations; and has been responsible for global Life Sciences sales working closely with field regions, share product updates, industry solution with large and mid-sized accounts.
Before joining SAP, Mr. Paralkar was SAP business and technical consultant at global consulting services company for 5 years focusing on SAP projects. Mr. Paralkar holds Executive MBA from St. Joseph University, Philadelphia, PA, USA and B.S (Mechanical Engineering) from VJTI, Mumbai University, India.
ADEMOLA OSIGBESAN
Programme Manager of Procurement and Supply Management, Unitaid
Ademola is a pharmacist with over fourteen years of progressive experience working on teams focused on expanding access to medicines and other health commodities.
He currently works with Unitaid, a hosted partnership of the World Health Organization (WHO) as Programme Manager, Procurement and Supply Management (PSM), where he provides PSM oversight through project teams managing Unitaid funded projects in HIV, TB, HCV, Malaria, Fever management and Cervical Cancer. Ademola contributed significantly to some of Unitaid’s market shaping initiatives and access negotiations for medicines and diagnostics for HIV, TB and COVID19.
Ademola previously worked with Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), Center for Integrated Health Programs, ICAP at Columbia University and Pfizer pharmaceuticals, where he held different positions in PSM, programme management and Access to Medicines and Diagnostics.

GUADALUPE HAYES-MOTA
Director of Supply Chain, Ultragenyx
Guadalupe is a healthcare leader with over 10 years of transforming regional and global organizations in pharmaceuticals, biotech, hospitals, and policy. Guadalupe is the Director of Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical, where he leads the worldwide production and distribution of the company’s therapy medicines and supplies to 35 countries.
Previously, he led the global production and distribution of medicines to 93 countries at biotech firms (Biogen, and GSK). He ran the largest free healthcare system in the United States (UCLA Health), providing 30,000 underserved patients with free healthcare and medicine. He also assisted in developing and implementing the Affordable Care Act that provided healthcare access to 20M people in the United States (RAND Corporation).
In 2012, he received the Healthcare Leadership Award as Manager of the Year from the Los Angeles Business Journal. He was named one of 2019's "40 Under 40" by the Boston Business Journal. Most recently in 2020, PharmaVOICE recognized me as one of the 100 Most Inspiring People in the life science industry.
Guadalupe holds a BS, MS in Engineering, and an MBA from MIT, and a Masters of Public Policy from Georgetown University.
